The Export User Information sends all Users Information to the Clearinghouse so it can updates its own internal systems in order to provide quality customer support.
This provides the Clearinghouse with updated changes as they occur. The local governments should keep the User Information up-to-date. Often the Clearinghouse needs to reach one of the Users and it is helpful to have the information readily accessible.
Information:
Frequency: this option can be executed at anytime. It should be submitted at least once per year, normally during the time the Annual Participation Form is due. Prior to this function being available through the software, local governments were requested to complete an online form.
